  32. YES!!!1!eleven!! I am SO happy about this; I’ve seen some real travesties occur in custody court (none of them MINE at least, but…still) and was worried about whether Franny would be okay if things didn’t go as they should. SO happy, for her and for you, that justice prevailed.

  46. OH MY GOD I am so relieved. I took a picture of the screen and texted it to my sister last night after she’d gone to bed so she could see it right away. We are very, very glad to hear this news.

  48. So happy to read this!! I was worrying. I have my own ex, who, although sociopathic enough to still cause hellish upset on a semi-regular basis, is also narcissistic enough to have left me with 90% unchallenged custody. The thought of having to deal with a crazy person over that particular issue is horrifying and I am so, so glad it has all worked out for you and your daughter. Such a relief.

  49. Fanny: I think a lot of people do not shit-disturb for this reason, for sure. For a long time I felt cowed by the fact that what were were doing did not match what were were doing “legally” (on paper). I am relieved not to feel implicitly bullied anymore.
