The Mexican Costco I have not been able to find… But have you been to HT Market on Aurora and 105th? Holy shit that place is awesome. It’s more like the Asian Costco… Check the South Park neighborhood, I bet you’d find some good mercados there. Failing that, a trip to Yakima after the snow melts.
