Strudel reads, with the usual amount of badgering from me. Being read to by Strudel is like a cross between a visit to the DMV and “Groundhog Day.”

Bossy remembers early reading. Through a gin-soaked fog.
How cute she is! “Wobin!”
avery turned to me randomly yesterday and said, “struedel!?” now he wants to see her read more.
I love the funky Carole King songs that go with that book. We had a whole year of singing the whole set of them obsessively.
oh, and i have that richard scarry book from my own childhood. i also loved chicken soup with rice. i only remember the february page now.
You’re close…it’s mah man Maurice Sendak. I saw the Nutcracker using the sets and costumes he designed a couple of years ago here. It was amazing!
With Andrew Bird in the background… nice.
oh she is so cute. oh, you are SO in for it. mine are 17 and 15. sheeesh. i wish i could go back in time…
Llamas? No, robins. How cute is she? This makes me want children.
Endless and repetitive?
Awh! She’s so crazy cute! And I love the “The end?” “No…” “The end!” part! :) I hate you a bit for making me have kids. But I don’t want kids. Waah!
You do realize that you’re turning all of us non-breeders into true believers.
You’ve got to watch Idiocracy just for the family tree bit. It’s at the beginning so you don’t have to watch the whole thing. The movie, as a whole is not that good. But I like the family tree bit and I enjoyed Mike Judge satirizing the convergence of trends in America today. Like the downward trend in the quality of education and the upward trend of marketing on every available public space.
