Anyone know any famous furry bloggers who are “out” or blog about furry issues?
Thanks.
ETA: by “furry” I specifically mean grown people who dress in fursuits with the intention of looking like or roleplaying as animals. Sexual or not.
I am doing research and I just don’t know if there are furry “superstars” within the community.
not sure if this will work:
furries on Lifejournal…
Or I guess you could cut and paste, since it won’t allow the link:

Ah, thank you!
Not sure if this is what you’re looking for but I throughly enjoy this photo blog:

Warning, contains cuteness! You have been warned.
She’s not exactly a furry, but Miss Monster is a costume designer who’s just built an awesome werewolf costume. Her photoblog/instructions are here: http://missmonsterwerewolf.blogspot.com/ .
Can’t help you out but wow I really love this idea of furries.
How did you even find out about it? God bless America, I love the way people handle the sucking void of emptiness that is modern life.
That Miss Monster suit is seriously scary!!!
I don’t know! But http://furry.wikia.com/wiki/ may tell you more than you wanted to know.
You might specifically want to look at our list of LiveJournal communities (LJ is the prime area for furry blogging/community building, we even got recognition in their “LJ island” April Fools . . .):
http://furry.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_furry_LiveJournal_communities
There are _many_ prominent individuals blogging in the fandom. I’m not sure I could really name any one person specifically. However, most of them use the communities above to a greater or lesser extent.
Failing that, if you have any specific questions about furry issues, feel free to drop me a line. I’m the founder of WikiFur – I don’t know everything furry, but I can probably find the right person.
Note that the fursuit aspect is something only participated in by about 15-20% of the community. I’m not one of them, so I can’t really say how big the sexual aspect is from first hand, but from my limited experience it’s more playful innuendo than people getting hot and heavy in it (those fursuits are *really* hot and heavy enough already!)
Also bear in mind that no one person has “the truth about furry”, as it means different things to different people – therefore, things that one person may see as an issue or problem in furry may be a non-issue to others.
Hey, thanks. This is a good start.
I know this isn’t the sort of furry kink you were thinking of, but…
